Roman Stone Lite Sapphire

My newest custom flexi-8 arrived today, and it's wonderful! Lite sapphire and clear AB beads.. <3 
I put off ordering this one for so long because I couldn't figure out how to make it more "me", but at last I got it. I'm glad it took me so long, because otherwise I would probably have gotten it in XL or XXL, which means that I wouldn't wear it much right now. L is currently my go-to flexi-8 size, because it's perfect for sectioned buns. I've also discovered that it can be used to secure nautilus buns. Flexi-8s are obviously magical!

First I made a nautilus bun and secured it with the Roman Stone. Then I re-did the bun and secured with Roman Stone and Emerald Dream. I figured those two would look pretty together. The bun is comfortable and secure with just one flexi, but it's even nicer with two. Also, it's much more flashy and blingy, and I like that!

Something pretty..

.. to start the weekend with. I used my L Ruby Bouquet yesterday, because it's so pretty. Size L is perfect for half-up buns, so now of course I wish I had more than just 4. Ah well, maybe the next FOTM will suit my tastes? Or I could always just make do with what I've already got. ^-^

Harvest time

Today I'm wearing my hair in a simple nautilus bun, held with an XL Harvest Freestyle. I wanted to do something some elaborate and flashy, like a braided bun with one of the larges, but the neutral and understated flexis need some love too. 
For the record, this is the third toy I'm wearing today. The weather and light was quite nice, so I took some action pictures of my TT sticks. I even made a separate page for them. I have a moss stick on the way, and I really hope it will get here before Christmas.

Emerald Dream

LillaRose Flexi-8 of the Month March 2013. I love this one, and I feel incredibly lucky to have gotten it. I managed to snap it up during the last sale on LillaRose, when they suddenly put a bunch of old FOTM styles in the store. I love emerald, and as with sapphire, I just can't get enough.

Kitty-flexi and more rubies

Two little flexis arrived a while ago, but due to lots of work and quite a bit of laziness, I haven't gotten around to taking any pictures until now. Here are the second and third members of the Itty Bitty Flexi-8 Committee. I already have both of these in size Mega. I have only taken an action picture of the Kitty-flexi, because I couldn't be bothered to take the bun down and do it again (it would take about 30 seconds, but there's no way I'm doing it!!). The bus is a pinless bun with two rope braids.

Autumn's Ruby Bouquet

My flexi-8 of the month! It's here!! Sooner than I had expected (I thought it would be here tomorrow)! I wont bore you with lots of writing, I just want to say that it's gorgeous!! And I apologize for the slightly out of focus action picture. I took several, but none looked good. This is the best. I think my camera can't handle the beauty of this flexi-8.

Harvest Freestyle

I finally got my October Flexi of the Month from LillaRose! It arrived on the same day that the November FotM was released. I've already purchased that one in Mega by the way and it's on the way here, because how could I not?? It's so beautiful!

Anyway, this post is about last month's flexi. It arrived along with two other flexis, but I decided to give each flexi its own post.
